Wheels of Opportunity
This program is in the development phase. The program will provide the opportunity to qualified low-income individuals, the ability to purchase a used vehicle, with a short-term (12-24 month loan), with minimal down payment at low-interest rates.
The purpose of the program is to provide vehicles to individuals that need dependable and reliable transportation to reach full-time employment.
